1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by movbit.vip (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter "the User," "you," or "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and movbit.vip.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the movbit.vip platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the movbit.vip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on movbit.vip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

movbit.vip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification issued by the Republic of the Philippines. Accepted identification documents include a valid passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS UMID card, GSIS card, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on movbit.vip. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. movbit.vip employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account registrations. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly to maintain its accuracy. movbit.vip is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your movbit.vip account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your password or OTP with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent movbit.vip support staff;
• Use a unique password not used on other platforms;
• Log out of your account upon completion of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify movbit.vip support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your account.

movbit.vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

movbit.vip operates in alignment with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines. You acknowledge and agree that movbit.vip may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to submit documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time period specified by movbit.vip may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

movbit.vip currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and QR Ph-compatible transfers via InstaPay and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. movbit.vip does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment channel.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit is PHP 100.00 via GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer minimums may vary by institution.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• movbit.vip does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider's standard transfer fees, if any, are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied.
• movbit.vip reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit and return the funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is flagged by our fraud detection systems or violates these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal is PHP 200.00.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and verified as belonging to you.
• First-time withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID.
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to network conditions.
• movbit.vip does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's fees, if applicable, are your responsibility.
• movbit.vip reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of AML/KYC review, particularly for accounts with unusual transaction patterns or first-time large withdrawals.
• Active bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

movbit.vip offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins credits, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is a real-money deposit meeting the minimum threshold specified in the promotion, made within the promotional validity window.
• movbit.vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively alter terms already accepted by a Player in connection with a bonus already credited to their account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash except as provided under the applicable wagering terms, and may not be sold or assigned to any third party.
• movbit.vip reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus amounts if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on movbit.vip are provided by third-party certified game providers and operate under those providers' individual game rules. The following general gaming terms apply to all games on the Platform:

6.1 Game Integrity and RNG

All random number generator (RNG) games on movbit.vip — including online slots, virtual table games, bingo, and virtual sports — are powered by certified RNG technology sourced from internationally licensed game providers. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. movbit.vip does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results once a round is initiated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on movbit.vip and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point during your use of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or international financial regulations;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or unintentional game configurations to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer or multi-player games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic low-risk wagering strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing movbit.vip staff or other Platform users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying software systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

movbit.vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its user base. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your Account Settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits require a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: On-screen pop-up notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net profit/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) hours or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, place bets, receive promotional communications, or claim bonuses. 9 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your movbit.vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method after completion of applicable AML verification. Any bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by movbit.vip

movbit.vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. movbit.vip will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity procedures. A monthly administrative fee of PHP 50.00 may be applied to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, provided that the remaining balance shall not be reduced below zero. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed without further notice.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the movbit.vip platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text content, graphics, software, user interface elements, and game content — are owned by or licensed to movbit.vip and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of movbit.vip.

The movbit.vip name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of movbit.vip. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform grants you any right to use any movbit.vip trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written authorization.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, movbit.vip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of gaming winnings or expected winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Damage caused by technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity failures;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain account security.

Where movbit.vip's liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law, movbit.vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your movbit.vip account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

movbit.vip collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and in accordance with the movbit.vip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on movbit.vip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications (subject to your separately granted consent to receive such communications).

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and movbit.vip arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation, with disputes raised through the movbit.vip customer support channels in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of its formal submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Philippines, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
